Backing him for the evening is Maui’s elite instrumental funk band\, Three to 5\, delivering the deep grooves and explosive energy that promise to light up the dance floor.\nAlso known as Thurteen\, Thurtdelic is a contemporary singer\, songwriter\, and performer who has become a central figure in George Clinton’s 3rd Generation Parliament (3GP) movement — an initiative designed to introduce a new generation of artists into the P-Funk universe. His music carries the cosmic\, Afrofuturistic spirit that made Parliament-Funkadelic iconic\, centered around themes of unity\, freedom\, and fun\, while pushing the sound into a modern era through a unique blend of hip-hop\, funk\, and soul.\nBorn Tairee Parks\, Thurtdelic spent his early years growing up in Tallahassee\, Florida\, where music quickly became a central focus in his life. Surrounded by a wide range of musical influences\, he dedicated himself to refining his craft and collaborating with musicians across multiple genres. In 2015\, he worked with George Clinton on a studio project\, and Clinton was so impressed by his songwriting and vocal abilities that he invited him to officially join Parliament-Funkadelic. As his role within the collective expanded\, he adopted the stage name Thurtdelic.\nAfter spending over a decade touring the world alongside George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic\, Thurtdelic stepped forward as a solo artist\, bringing his own vision to the ever-growing P-Funk fanbase. Now carrying the legacy into a new generation\, he is currently promoting his critically acclaimed fourth album\, Psychedelic Therapy. DESCRIPTION:AG presents is excited to bring you the 4th of July “Space Rock Summer Tour” kickoff with JMoCo (Justin Morris and Co). This show will feature original tunes\, Wailea Fireworks and a special Jimi Hendrix…as well as a Visual Experience from Astral Projections! \nWailea Fireworks start at 8:pm and the band will take a short break. Mulligans is a great place to view the fireworks.\nWe’re bringing the JMoCo Experience back to Mulligans On The Blue in Wailea on Saturday\, July 4th! JMoCo has some new songs and some new arrangements for this show\, as well as a very special Jimi Hendrix set. We’re kicking off a two week tour to Alaska and will debut the experience to you. Visual Artist\, Markus Künzal\, from Astral Projections (the mastermind behind Art=Mixx and FuzzBox visuals)\, will have a special visual showcase and Jammin on Maui will be lighting up the room. Buckle up and let’s go for a ride! JMoCo’s sound is a mix of vintage tone\, psychedelic jams\, heavy hooks\, group harmonies\, and rock-n-roll revival\, a sound we call “Stardust Revival”. You can find JMoCo’s roots growing deep in the musical vocabulary of influential guitar legends such as Warren Haynes\, Tony Iommi\, and Billy Gibbons.\nABOUT JUSTIN MORRIS & COMPANY\nJustin Morris & Company\, also known as JMoCo\, is the sonic brainchild of Maui musician and songwriter; Justin Morris. Born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Southern West Virginia\, Justin Morris is a national touring artist that focuses his energy on original music. He is known for his deep vocals\, crafty guitar playing\, and authentic tone.
