He has recorded with Bette Midler\, Blue Öyster Cult\, Carly Simon\, Michael Franks\, Bobby McFerrin\, Gato Barbieri\, Michael McDonald\, Fania Allstars\, Chaka Khan\,  Randy Brecker\,  and many more.\nJoe has toured with Dr. John\,  Herbie Mann\, Carly Simon /James Taylor\,  Michael Franks\, Akiko Yano\, played live or on TV for Jon Bongovi\, Clint Black\, Joan Osborne\, Pat Metheny\, Donald Fagen\, The Brecker Brothers\, The Blues Brothers\, Crosby\, Stills and Nash\, Roberta Flack\, The Eagles\, Sheryl Crow\, Olivia Newton-John\, Aretha Franklin\, Willie Dixon\,  Stanley Clarke\, Luther Vandross\, Dave Mason\, Steven Tyler\, Jonny Lang etc. and appeared in the house bands of The Late Show with David Letterman\, Saturday Night Live\, The Grammys and countless TV Commercials and Movies.
