AG Presents is excited to present award-winning artist Ron Artis II’s ‘Made of Love’ Summer 2025 Hawai’i State Tour.
Ron Artis II from Haleiwa, Hawaii, brings his soulful and honest songwriting to the Mulligans Music Box on August 8th, reminding us this summer that we are made of love. Performing all original music that has energized audiences worldwide, Ron will feature his power trio, which includes Jarod Manis on drums and Ernie Ecraela on bass. This tour will showcase music from his latest album, “We Are Not Machines,” which is a reminder that if we can all remember that we are made of love, the world will be forever changed.
“We Are Not Machines” is an album lauded for its exploration of the human experience, blending deep storytelling with heartfelt emotion. It’s been described as a “good reflective album” that navigates life’s complexities, encompassing themes of loss, joy, love, pain, and forgiveness. The album breaks genre boundaries, drawing on influences from blues, gospel, rock, and R&B, creating a unique sound. It received Grammy consideration, with John Oates of Hall & Oates praising its profound exploration of human emotion.

ABOUT RON ARTIS II
Ron Artis II is a multi-instrumentalist who grew up in Haleiwa, Hawaii, among an exceptionally musical family. While developing his multi-instrumental prowess playing in the Artis Family Band, Ron quickly took to piano and guitar as his main modes of expression. His mastery of both—in addition to numerous other instruments—quickly made evident that he was special. As he got older and played more around Oahu, others quickly recognized his gifts as well. Ron has been able to perform and collaborate with Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac), Jack Johnson, Jake Shimabukuro, John Oats, Booker T Jones, Eric Krasno (Soulive, Lettuce), G Love, and recently performed his song “Before You Go” with Joan Baez.
