Mulligans On the Blue is not just your average Irish pub. Located in the heart of Wailea on the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course and minutes from all the major South Maui Resorts. Mulligans on the Blue offers a friendly comfortable atmosphere, beautiful ocean and sunset views, attentive staff, and affordable and creative menus. We are an excellent option for exclusive front lanai events, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, and exclusive restaurant buyout events for up to 150 guests. We also feature a beautiful ceremony location adjacent to the restaurant perfect for wedding ceremonies of up to 100 guests.

Reservations & Site Fees
  • Non-Exclusive Event – Available Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ONLY
  • For a hosted event reservation, you may reserve the Front Lanai on a Non-Exclusive Basis, and the remainder of the restaurant is open to the public.
  • A food and beverage minimum spending requirement of $2000.00 plus tax and 20% Service Charge and a one-time site fee of $500.00 for up to 50 Guests.
  • Site Fee is slightly higher for larger parties 50 or larger, see below fees
Full Restaurant Buyout

We are an excellent option for exclusive use events for wedding receptions, private events, or corporate parties. This means that we close our restaurant to the public and allow use of all our space exclusively for your event.

**Entertainment is not included in a Buyout event – Please contact us for DJ, Band, & other entertainment pricing.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required at the time of booking a “restaurant buyout or an exclusive use reservation”. This deposit is collected at the time the reservation is confirmed and is non-refundable. Final event charges are due at the end of the event. Only receipt of a will confirms and holds your reservation on a definite basis.
  • Monday through Thursday ONLY: Food & Beverage Minimum Requirement is $3000 plus tax and 20% service charge plus a one-time site fee of $500.00 for up to 50 Guests.
    • Site Fee for 50-100 guests is $650 plus taxes and 20% Service Fee.
    • Site Fee for over 100 guests is $750 plus taxes and 20% Service Fee.
  • Friday through Sunday: Food & Beverage Minimum Requirement is $5500 plus tax and 20% service charge and a one-time site fee of $500.00 for up to 50 guests.
    • Site Fee for 50-100 guests is $650.00 plus taxes and 20% Service Fee.
    • Site Fee for over 100 guests is $750.00 plus taxes and 20% Service Fee.
  • *All hosted food and beverages are counted towards reaching the required food and beverage minimums and a one-time site fee.
Event Menus

We offer special event menus plated or buffet style for events. Restaurant Menus are available for events with 24 adults and less. For events with 25 adults and more, we offer limited menus from the regular restaurant menus. For events of 24 or less our full restaurant menus are available.

  • Event menus and restaurant menus are always subject to change along with pricing based on availability. Every effort will be made to provide similar menu items when necessary. 
  • Due to Maui County health and safety food laws, we do not allow food to be boxed up for take home or donated. Rarely are large amounts of food left over from an event.
  • Children’s Menus Plated Children’s menus ($10 per child) are available for children under the age of 12 –or you may also offer your event meal for ½ off the adult price.
  • Vegetarian, special dietary requirements, or food allergy restrictions are available upon request please contact us directly for more information on available options. In some cases, additional charges may apply.
Hosted or Cash Bars

All bars are billed on a consumption basis which means you only pay based on what is consumed at your event. Bar tabs, bar limits, tickets, or wristbands for consumption control can be arranged for your event. Please contact us for more information on hosted bar options. Our main bar is used for all bar services. Your assigned servers take drink orders for your guests during the event. There are no additional fees for a cash bar. Bar prices and the wine list are subject to change at any time. Wine or champagne may be billed by the glass or bottle depending on the selection. Pre-selected wine and champagnes will be confirmed two weeks prior to your event.

Maui County Liquor Laws

Maui County Liquor Laws prohibit guests from bringing spirits or any beverages into the restaurant or surrounding outside areas except wines or champagne. A $25 per bottle corking fee will apply for any wine or champagne brought into the restaurant. Pitchers or Kegs are not available. All alcohol, beer & wine must be consumed INSIDE the restaurant or Lanai areas.

The legal drinking age in Maui is 21. Alcohol is not permitted on the dance floor or in any of our non-consumption areas (including the lawn) at any time and there is no exclusive use of the dance floor except when a full buyout is reserved. We reserve the right to ask for proper identification and to refuse service to anyone at any time. All guests are required to always have a proper photo ID with them.

Deposits, Payment, & Guarantee

Guarantee
A guaranteed number of your final guest count that will be present the night of your event is required 14 Days prior to your event for ordering and billing purposes. If a final guarantee is not provided, then the estimated number of guests becomes your guarantee, and you are billed based on the estimated number or the actual number of guests served – whichever is higher.
Any no-show guests the night of the event are billed in full as part of the guaranteed count.

Final Payment/Advance Deposits
Full payment is due at the end of all events. Any deposits that have been collected will be deducted from your final event charges. Please plan to have a designated person available to make the final payment at the end of your event.
**No Cancellations within 45 days of the event otherwise your credit card will be charged the full amount per this policy including service fee and taxes.

Service Charge and Tax
All food, beverage, cake-cutting fees, entertainment fees, site fees, and add-ons provided by the restaurant are subject to a 20% service charge (17% service charge & 3% administrative fee) and 4.166% Hawaii GE tax.

Table Set-up, Seating Arrangements

The following is included with your event: Rectangle tables for 6 to 10 people based on the final count or reception style seating (when applicable), restaurant chairs, plates, glassware, silverware, white table linen and napkins and candles are also included.

Wedding Cakes

Wedding Cakes or Wedding Cupcakes are the only outside food that we allow into the restaurant. These items can be delivered to restaurant on the day of the event. You must ensure your cake is marked with your name and the date of your event on the box.

A $2.00 per person cake-cutting fee will apply for wedding cakes and cupcakes brought into the restaurant. We will store, and *set wedding cakes on a table. We provide plates and appropriate silverware and we cut and serve your wedding cake.

Entertainment and Entertainment Policies

Entertainment is not guaranteed on the night of your event but is currently being offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You are welcome to take advantage of our existing entertainment keeping in mind that the type of entertainment we offer, and the schedule is subject to change at any time and without any written notice.

  • Entertainment is only allowed in the main dining room.
  • Entertainment or a DJ can be supplied if you book the restaurant on an exclusive buyout basis for an additional cost. Prices and availability will be confirmed at the time of inquiry.
  • Currently is 10PM music curfew.
  • There are no drinks allowed on the Dancefloor at any time.
  • Dancing and entertainment is only allowed in the Main Dining Room.
