Who is Rowdy Love? Aaron Jernigan and Stina Lynn are wild souls who met on a little farm in Haiku, Hawai’i over a decade ago. Seeing as they both had the same taste in music they decided to start singing tunes together at parties and potlucks. After a successful run with their band Flat Jackson, Aaron and Stina started Rowdy Love. With the new band behind them, Clint Bleifus (rhythm and lead guitars), Jonas Troxell (Bass), and Paul Gilespie (Drums), they have created a unique but familiar sound that can best be described as a Rockabilly-Americana mash-up with the energy of punk and the subtle undertones of ska. They have created a Rockabilly powerhouse that will turn any event into a dancehall, shakedown, hootenanny… And donʻt forget to bring your dancing shoes!!
Rowdy Love has been packing venues and dance floors with every show they’ve done, gaining new fans of all ages along the way. They have even recently started their own annual festival on Maui called “Rowdy Fest”.
STICKY RICE: Sticky Rice is a punchy 4-Piece- serving up a hearty blend of Starchy Reggae, Soul, and Rock. Rooted and conceived at a house party in Haʻikū in 2018 the jams have been sticking together ever since.
Sticky Rice sings for the farmers, kumus, builders, and everyday ppl whose hands shape the community. Their music carries messages of unity, gratitude, and resilience, wrapped in warm grooves, soulful melodies, and uplifting rhythms.
Currently at work on their debut concept album, Sticky Rice continues to cultivate a sound that’s both grounded and flavorful—music meant to bring people together, share stories, and celebrate island life.
