We are an ideal venue for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, fundraisers, and exclusive restaurant buyout events, accommodating up to 150 guests. Additionally, we offer a picturesque ceremony location adjacent to the restaurant, perfect for wedding ceremonies.

Reservations & Site Fees
  • Non-Exclusive Event –Available Thursday through Sunday ONLY
    All non-exclusive events will take place on our Front Lanai and require a minimum food & beverage of $2200, a 22% service charge. Additionally, there is a one-time site fee of $500. State Tax is applied at 4.712%. The rest of the venue will remain open to the public, and a 25-guest minimum applies.
  • Full Venue Buyout – Available Daily
    Our restaurant is available for exclusive events, including wedding receptions, private parties, and corporate gatherings. This service involves closing the restaurant to the public, ensuring that all areas are reserved exclusively for your event.
  • Late Night After Parties
    Contact our event coordinator for pricing.

  • Monday – Thursday, there is a Food & Beverage Minimum Requirement of $3,000, along with a 22% service charge and a one-time site fee of $500 plus 4.712% tax.
  • Friday – Sunday, there is a Food & Beverage Minimum Requirement of $6000, along with a 22% service charge and a one-time site fee of $500 plus 4.712% tax.
  • Pricing for the site is based on a capacity of up to 50 guests
  • Events with more than 50 guests will incur an extra fee of $50 for every additional 25 attendees, on top of existing fees and requirements.
  • All hosted food and beverages are counted towards reaching the required food and beverage minimums. Site Fees and Add-Ons are not included in Food and beverage totals.
  • Entertainment services are not included for a Buyout Event. Contact us directly for pricing information regarding DJs, bands, and other entertainment options.

Event Menus

Event Menus – Available for events of 25 adults or more. We offer special event menus, plated or buffet-style, for events of 25 or more. Custom menus can be created for groups of 60 or more.

  • Restaurant Menus are available for events with 24 adults or fewer.
  • For events hosting 20 to 24 adults, we provide limited menu options from our regular restaurant offerings.
  • For gatherings of 20 adults or fewer, our full restaurant menus are available.
  • Children’s menus ($10 per child) are available for children under the age of 12 –or you may also offer your event meal for ½ off the adult price.
  • Other-Vegetarian, special dietary requirements, or food allergy restrictions are available upon request, please contact us directly for more information on available options. In some cases, additional charges may apply.

*Menus are always subject to change, along with pricing based on availability. Every effort will be made to provide similar menu items when necessary. Rarely are large amounts of food left over from an event. Due to Maui County health and safety laws, we do not allow food to be boxed up for take-home or donated.

Hosted or Cash Bars

All bars are billed on a consumption basis, which means you only pay based on what is consumed at your event. Bar tabs, bar limits, tickets, or wristbands for consumption  and control can be arranged for your event. Please contact us for more information on hosted bar options.

Our main bar is used for all bar services. Your assigned servers will take orders for your guests during the event. There are no additional fees for cash bars.

Bar prices and the wine list are subject to change at any time. Wine or champagne may be billed by the glass or bottle, depending on the selection – see our wine list for our current offerings. Pre-selected wine and champagne will be confirmed two weeks prior to your event.

Maui County Liquor Laws prohibit guests from bringing spirits or any beverages into the restaurant or surrounding outside areas except for wines or champagne. A $25 per bottle corking fee will apply for any wine or champagne brought into the restaurant. Pitchers or Kegs are not available. All alcohol, beer & wine must be consumed INSIDE the restaurant or Lanai area.

Table Set-up, Seating Arrangements

The following is included with your event: Rectangle tables for 8 to 10 people based on the final count or reception style seating (when applicable), restaurant chairs, plates, glassware, silverware, house candles, and personalized menus (when applicable).

Table linens and napkins are not included, and a linen fee will apply.

Arrangements can be made for a head table, sweetheart’s table, cake tables, and guest book tables at no charge. We will supply a diagram when assigned seating is requested.

Wedding Favors, Décor, and Floral Arrangements
Completed party favors, décor and floral arrangements can be delivered to the restaurant after 12pm on the day of your event. Tables are available to decorate 1 hour prior to the start of your event. Please ensure that any items dropped off at the restaurant are given to the office staff and clearly marked with your name and event date. We are not responsible for any décor items left overnight. We recommend having your wedding planner, event coordinator, and florist handle these details for you.

Wedding Cakes

Wedding Cakes or Wedding Cupcakes are the only outside food that we allow into the restaurant. These items can be delivered to the restaurant on the day of the event after 12pm. You must ensure your cake is marked with your name and the date of your event on the box.

A $2.00 per person cake handling fee (plus tax and service charge) will apply for wedding cakes and wedding cupcakes brought into the restaurant.

We will store and *set wedding cakes on a table. We provide plates, appropriate silverware, and we cut and serve your wedding cake.

*Cupcake displays and elaborate wedding cakes need to be set up by the cake vendor on the day of the event. They must also supply cupcake stands or cake stands if needed.

Entertainment and Entertainment Policies

Entertainment is not guaranteed on the night of your event, but is currently being offered on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You are welcome to take advantage of our existing entertainment, keeping in mind the type of entertainment we offer, and the schedule is subject to change at any time and without any written notice. Entertainment is only allowed in the main dining room. Additional fees or door charges may apply during special entertainer engagements.

Entertainment or a DJ can be supplied if you book the restaurant on an exclusive buyout basis for an additional cost. Prices and availability will be confirmed at the time of inquiry.

We do not allow individual IPod use unless you have the restaurant on an exclusive basis.

Music Curfews
There are no drinks allowed on the dDance floor at any time. Dancing and entertainment are only allowed in the Main Dining Room. We are required by law to close all sliding doors at 10pm if music is being played and all minors must be off the premises by 10pm. No Exceptions!

Audio Visual & Slide Shows
We do not own or supply microphones, audiovisual equipment, slide shows, screens, speakers, or projectors. These items can be arranged on a rental basis, and rental charges will apply. We can arrange for a DJ or other vendor to assist you with these needs. Amplification is not allowed on the lanai areas when other diners are in the restaurant, or you do not have the restaurant on an exclusive basis.

Deposits, Payment, & Guarantee

Guarantee
A guaranteed number of your final guest count that will be present the night of your event is required 7 days prior to your event for billing purposes. You are billed based on the estimated number or the actual number of guests served –whichever is higher as part of the guaranteed guest count.

Deposit
A $500 non-refundable advance deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A credit card must be provided, and the deposit will be applied toward the final event charges due at the end of the event unless alternative payment arrangements are approved by management. This ensures your reservation remains confirmed and held on a definite basis.

Final Payment/Advance Deposits
Full payment is due at the end of all events. Any deposits that have been collected will be deducted from your final event charges. Please plan to have a designated person available to make the final payment at the end of your event.

Service Charge and Tax
All food, beverage, cake cutting fees, entertainment fees, site fees & labor fees are subject to a 22% service charge (19% service charge & 3% administrative fee) and 4.712 % Hawaii GE tax.

Cancellation Policies

A $500 deposit is required to book a reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after confirmation. Additionally, 80% of the estimated function charges are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days.

Maui County Liquor Laws

The legal drinking age in Maui is 21. Alcohol is not permitted on the dance floor or in any of our non-consumption areas (including the lawn) at any time and there is no exclusive use of the dance floor except when a full buyout is reserved. We reserve the right to ask for proper identification and to refuse service to anyone at any time. All guests are required to always have a proper photo ID with them.

These rules ensure we maintain compliance with our liquor license issued by State & Local Officials and are subject to change at any time. All minor & curfew policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice

Smoking

The Hawaii Smoke-Free Law became effective November 16, 2006. There is no smoking (including cigars) allowed anywhere in the restaurant, bar, lanai, or lawn areas. We have a designated smoking area available if needed.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we will move your event inside on a non-exclusive basis.
